Faced with increasing demands for efficiency and simplicity in their onboarding processes, Formula Leasing recognised the need for a solution that could streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. We spoke with Anders Husum, COO at Formula Leasing, about their journey towards greater efficiency and satisfaction using Uniify's integrated onboarding solution.

Challenge

In the landscape of car leasing, Formula Leasing faced a challenge: Their existing digital onboarding systems were falling short of customer expectations. "We increasingly experienced dissatisfaction from our customers. Dealing with multiple systems became too cumbersome, and especially concerning our customers, it was important for us to have one system. Therefore, we had a need for a more streamlined process." Explained Anders Husum. "We want our customers to go through this onboarding process as quickly as possible, while still meeting industry requirements and expectations."

Solution

Recognising the need for a comprehensive solution, Formula Leasing turned to Uniify to transform their onboarding process. Uniify's integrated platform offered a seamless approach to onboarding, consolidating multiple systems into one intuitive interface.

"It has been a great help for us not having to work in multiple systems to cover the entire onboarding process with KYC and credit aspects. Furthermore, it is an advantage that Uniify handles both private and business customers in one place," expressed Anders Husum.

Outcome

The adoption of Uniify marked a significant turning point for Formula Leasing, resulting in a multitude of positive outcomes.

"We have found that due to the customers' shorter response time and an easier approach to the system, it has made it easier for us to process the cases as they come in." noted Anders Husum, COO at Formula Leasing.

"There is no doubt that we have saved a lot of time. Whereas previously we might spend several hours getting the entire onboarding process in place, we can now close a case in between fifteen minutes and half an hour," Anders Husum concluded.

The implementation of Uniify's solution within Formula Leasing's operations resulted in enhanced service delivery and operational efficiency. Transitioning to Uniify streamlined internal workflows enabled Formula Leasing to complete both credit assessments and KYC processes within a single system, reducing manual errors and increasing the pace of processing.
