We collect the above customer data in order to keep track of our inquiries. All data that we collect in connection with requests for services is stored securely. The data is stored on an encrypted computer that has installed both antivirus software and firewall. Only the management of Uniify has access and powers to handle this data. Upon request, you can easily ask us to delete the above data. If you do not submit a request for this, the data will be automatically deleted after 5 years from the first registration. We only store information that has been given direct consent to. We do not store any personally sensitive data and only work with information on persons over 18 years of age.

4. Personal data
According to the Personal Data Act, personal data is defined as all kinds of information that is personally identifiable. The information must therefore be attributable to you as a natural person. When you make use of our website, we process and collect this type of information. This happens, for example, if you sign up for our newsletter or fill out our contact form.
To specify what information we collect and process, it is about your IP number, your geographical location, a unique ID and technical information about your computer, as well as which pages and subpages you click on. In case of purchase of services on the website, we will collect information such as telephone number, address, e-mail and payment information. However, this only if you as a customer have given active and explicit consent to this.
The purpose of collecting this information is justified by the fact that the information is necessary for us to be able to provide the service that is requested, such as sending a newsletter.

The data we collect about you can be viewed and accessed by employees of Uniify. We do not pass on personal data to third parties.
However, data is stored with external data processors with whom Uniify has entered into data processor agreements.

4.2. How long we store data
We store the above information for the period prescribed by law. We delete the information again when it is no longer necessary to provide the service we need to provide. We store the information as long as you continue to interact with Uniify. Procedurally, we clean up our contact database once a year, where we make sure to delete inactive users. Our definition of an inactive user is based on whether you open our newsletters or not. If you have not opened at least one of the last 10 newsletters / emails we have sent, your user information will be deleted. If you are a customer of Uniify, we store your information in accordance with the regulations of the Danish Accounting Act.

4.3. How to withdraw your consent
You can unsubscribe from information from Uniify at any time. If you unsubscribe, we will no longer send you emails or monitor your behavior on our website. In every e-mail we send out, you will find a link where you can unsubscribe from our e-mails. You can also write directly to us at with a request to unsubscribe.
